The K-Town Raptors 10U and Competitive Cheer teams are Unrestricted National Champions!!

The K-Town Raptors 10U team sought out for redemption and got it on Sunday. The 10U team beat the Waco Southern Panthers 28-6 in the Unrestricted Nationals Finals and took home the Gold. They proved early and often they were the team to beat in this tournament and never slowed down. B.J Turner was named the Finals MVP.

The K-Town Raptors Competitive Cheer team swept the Nationals by winning in each age group (6U, 8U, and 10/12U Combination). They integrated impressive dance and acrobatic routines which no other team was able to produce. This was the culmination of a lot of hard work by the Cheer team and coaches. They are often overlooked but the K-Town Raptors Organization knows our Cheerleaders are the heart and spirit of our football teams.

The K-Town Raptors 8U team was short-handed on Sunday with 11 players. However, they showed the heart and determination of champions and fought their way to a 2nd place finish. As stated by many opposing coaches and spectators, their effort was truly one of the most impressive and inspirational performances of the day.

The K-Town Raptors 12U team were also short-handed and fell short of their goal. They played tough against competition from all over the Nation.
